From your kit to your results
The analysis turnaround starts when your sample reaches the laboratory; it is separate from kit delivery.
- Order your kit and receive the sampling materials.
- Follow the supplied instructions to collect your sample at home.
- Return your sample using the supplied packaging.
- Access your report 4 to 8 weeks after the laboratory receives your sample.

Follow your microbiome over time with MyBiote
Your first analysis gives you a starting point. By repeating the test, you can explore changes between your results in the MyBiote follow-up area.
Comparison charts are available from two compatible analyses belonging to the same person. Each new analysis requires a new kit. Some older reports are not compatible: contact us to check whether they can be added to your follow-up.

What can this test tell me?
The analysis describes your gut microbiome at the time of sampling. It does not identify the cause of symptoms, diagnose a disease or decide a treatment.
Kit alone or with a consultation?
The kit costs €199.00. Add an optional 30-minute consultation with a dietitian-nutritionist for €50.00, for a total of €249.00. The analysis is the same in both options.

Returning an unopened kit
Under article 15 of our terms, you have 14 days after receiving the kit to notify us of your withdrawal, provided the kit has not been unsealed. Contact contact@nahibu.com before returning it. You then have 14 days after notification to send the kit back.
The kit must be complete, unused and undamaged, in its original or equivalent packaging. You arrange and pay for return shipping. This withdrawal return is separate from sending your sample to the laboratory, which is included in the kit price in France.
